"First National Bank... I believe that was the name. It was located 3rd and Yarnall St. across from
Mauger`s Drugstore. Dewey Mann School was on the other corner and the
Felton Fire Co. was on the other corner. The president around 1955-56 was Mr.
Sillwell. I family friend
opened a saving account there for me in my name and the money I earned from doing chores for neighbors including babysitting for
Ruth and Isreal Ray (Funeral Home
Director) next door to the bank, I would
put in my saving account (Christmas Club). I lived on Yarnall between 2nd and 3rd."
