"From my fathers belongings. I dont have a clue what the occasion is.
Looks like it was taken at the old Lloyds Field.
Maybe some one will come up with the answer."
- Frank C. Bramble

please email me.

"I lived about two blocks from there. It is definitely Lloyd Field."

- Thanks to Alfonso Latini
(Used to live at 1103 Smith St. Chester many years ago)

"It sure looks like Lloyd field to me.. Can't remember all the names but the manager of Lloyd AC was I believe was Lefty Vann Shortstop Tony Straccione? Lefty also played 1st base I believe catcher Quinn? center fielder Worm worselin? The announcer was Mr Faraday who lived across the street. Also they played most of the negro league teams who I had the privilege to see Jackie Robinson and Larry Doby play before they went to the big leagues. Had to either catch a foul ball hit during batting practice or jump the fence in right field to gain admission. Sometimes JJohn zosh would catch us and make us climb back over the fence!"

- Thanks to Jack Smith
