"I am the great grandson of John J Hager who is listed as one of the first motorcycle police in Chester. I just came across a photo of the men who made up this team. The one with the 'X' under the photo is my great grandfather. The others I 
don't know who they are. The photo I believe came from the Marcus Hook 
Press from about 1922 to 1923."
