July 12, 2004 Flooding "When it rained...it
poured. The trees were dancing, the grass was happy and the Flowers were smiling...but those of us on the roads did not join with them in their appreciation of the waters that fell.
Going N on 9th street out of Trainer into Chester. you can see the fire trucks in the distance assisting with this flooded area...
The car facing you with the lights is in the flooded area just North of 9th and Morton avenue at McIlvaine Street.
