CENTURY CLUB COMMITTEE CHAIRMEN CONFER

Guest speakers at the Chester Century Club were Mrs. Bassett Ferguson of Ridley Park, State Program Chairman; Mrs.E. R. S. Tull, Jr. of Drexel Hill, vice president, County Federation; Mrs. S. Blair Luckie, past president, and Mrs. Thomas Redden, president of the County Federation of Women's Clubs. 

A lively discussion meeting and get-together was held on July I at the New Century Club of Chester to plan next season's activities. Presidents and committee chairmen of the Parkside, Upland, Marcus Hook Century Clubs and of the Viscose Mothers' Club attended, as well as those of the Chester Century Club; about 90 women in all. Mrs. Joseph M. Howe, president of the home club, conducted the meeting and introduced the guest speakers. After the meeting a luncheon was served by the Red Cross Canteen Service members, under the direction of Mrs. Earle F. Hewes.
