  Delchester Plumbing & Heating Company Concord Ave. Danny Semick (c. 1955 - ?)   "Our next door neighbor, (on Concord Ave) was Delchester Plumbing and Heating Company.

Danny Semick was the plumber/heating expert bought the business around 1955 from Delchester Company and kept the same name. He drove the same 1950 Chev sedan delivery truck into the 60's.

He later retired in Chichester."
