Frank E. Toole

A detective since November, 1944, Frank E. Toole started in that department as a finger print expert.

Born May 24, 1907, he was appointed to the police force Apr. 15, 1937. Prior to that he had worked for Sinclair Refining Co. as an operator in the acid plant.

Married to the former Theresa Serba, they live at 806 Glen ter., Sun Hill.

An avid boatsman, Toole owns a 14 foot outboard motor boat and teaches surfboarding as a hobby.

Active in sports as a younger man, Toole played the outfield in the Delri League. He was educated in the public schools of Chester.
