Julius Constantine

Julius Constantine, 38, has been a Chester patrolman since July 15, 1948.
Prior to that he served with the (?) Air Force in England as a technical sergeant. Before entering the service he worked with Atlantic Steel for 10 years.
Married to the former Lucille (?...ta) of Marcus Hook, they have a son, John, 6.
Woodworking occupies most of his spare time and he is busily at work remodeling his home.
