50 Years Ago (date of clipping unknown) Chester mounted police officer Charles Starr found a black mask on the street and traced it to the man who robbed John Rea's drug store at Broad [9th St.] and Madison Streets in Chester.

50 Years Ago (September 8, 1988) Sergeant Charles Starr of the Chester Mounted Squad was called upon to round up 15 [st]eers that escaped from the Chester Packing Co. plant on [?]d Street near Edgmont Avenue in Chester.
