Edwin Hannum (1862-64), son of Samuel and Susannah (Cloud) Hannum, was born in Concord township, Delaware county, September 17,1803. He was a well-to-do farmer and representative citizen of Aston township. In 1845, he was a school director of Aston; was re-elected in 1846, 49, 52, 55, and again in 1861, 65. He died at his residence near Village Green, April 10, 1874, aged 70 years.
