Individual sponsorships in memory or in honor of loved ones was an idea first proposed at our October 6, 2001 "Get-Together" in Chester. Folks seemed very receptive to the idea of helping to sponsor the website in this way.

In addition to the cost of a web presence, you can appreciate that continuing to maintain and develop the site and to preserve and catalog the rich history of the city of Chester has become nearly a full-time job for me. Therefore, I must find additional sources of income in order to devote the necessary time.

Our sponsors and honorees will be listed prominently on the main page of www.oldchesterpa.com for the period that you choose. Please let me know, however, if you prefer to remain anonymous. Your sponsorship will begin on the first day of the month following receipt of your payment.

There are three levels of sponsorship, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual.

Monthly sponsorship includes:

• "Your Name" in memory/honor of "Honoree's Name".

Cost: $10.00 per month.

Quarterly sponsorship includes:

• "Your Name" in memory/honor of "Honoree's Name".
• A "clickable" link to a biography page with one photo on the website about the individual you are honoring. The biography page will become a permanent part of the website after your sponsorship ends. It will be reachable through the "Biographies" link.
• One photo of the individual or couple you are honoring on the biography page. Photos can be attached to emails or mailed to me for scanning.
• A one-page biography (up to 100Kb) to be supplied by the contributor. Bios should be submitted electronically via a plain-text email. I will also hyperlink any people/places mentioned in the bio to other related pages on this website.
• Quarterly sponsorships can be renewed quarterly at the then-current rate.

Annual sponsorship includes:

• "Your Name" in memory/honor of "Honoree's Name".
• A "clickable" link to a biography page about the individual or couple you are honoring. The biography page will become a permanent part of the website after your sponsorship ends. It will be reachable through the "Biographies" link.
• Up to four photos of the individual or couple you are honoring, their Chester business and/or home and family on the biography page. Photos can be attached to emails or mailed to me for scanning.
• A one-page biography (up to 100Kb) to be supplied by the contributor. Bios should be submitted electronically via a plain-text email. I will also hyperlink any people/places mentioned in the bio to other related pages on this website.
• Annual sponsorships can be renewed annually at the then-current rate.
