Above: Site of the proposed new 150,000 sq ft shopping center at Highland Avenue and 15th St...next to Wellington Ridge. The developer, Kramont Realty Trust has plans for a supermarket, bank, clothing store, drug store and restaurants. Hopefully this would become a reality as early as next year.
