Chapter History:	Many thanks to Carol Jones* for the following information on the chapter:* Society's Promise To encourage young women (high school graduates) to prepare for today's world academically, culturally and spiritually by exposing them to programs, workshops and service activities that will help them to develop to their fullest potential during their college years. To expose little girls who have just ended their first year of formal schooling to the many possibilities that are in store for them in the years to come, and to continue to watch their academic development through their twelfth year of training.
