Recollections: | "I
have located what appears to be my ggfather's (Hiram L. Lutz) Chester
residence at 2912 W 2nd St (near Thurlow) living with an aunt Ella J.
Wechter. She was a widow at least by 1920 (per Census). Her husband,
Harvey Wechter was listed in the Chester City, PA Directory of 1888-89 as
"foreman oil works"."
