Former Chester Police Chief, Howard
Winfree dies
In addition, he was an honorary life member of the Delaware County Police Chiefs Association, a life member of the Pensisylvania Chiefs of Police Association, life member of the Police Chiefs Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania, member of the Pennsylvania Association of Retired Police Offficers and an honorary member of the West End Boat Club.
Surviving are. two sons, Thomas H. of Upland and the Rev. Brother Donald J. of Hollywood, Fla.; three sisters, Mrs. Helen Jennings of Chester, Mrs. Myrtle D'Amato of Chester and Mrs. Marion Sidner of Ridley Park; and two grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 10 a,m. Tuesday at the William F. Bleyler Funeral Home, 500 W. 22nd St., Upland. Burial will be in Lawncroft Cemetery, Lower Chichester.
Calling hours will be after 7 p.rn. tonight at the funeral home.

F&AM will conduct a Masonic Service at 8 p.m.

Fund at Chaminade High School, 500 Chaminade Drive, Hollywood Fla.
