Mrs. Malvinia E. Williams
Mrs. Malvinia E. Williams, nee Elliot, widow of Washington J. Williams, died at her home at 2512 Edgmont avenue, yesterday morning after an illness of three days.Mrs. Williams was born and raised in this city, and was the sister of John Elliot, who
formerly maintained a fruit stand at Ninth and Edgmont avenue, now living in Wildwood,
N.J. In addition to her brother, Mrs. Williams is survived by five children; Miss
Jane Williams, Mrs. Elvira Viabahn(?), Mrs. Mildred Pierce, William H. Williams, and Mrs.
Estelle W. Clark. Six grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock from her late residence at 2512 Edgmont avenue, with the Rev. Herbert R. Howells, pastor of the Providence Avenue Methodist Episcopal Church, Eighteenth street and Providence Avenue, officiating.
Mrs. Williams was a member of that church. Interment will follow at the Chester Rural Cemetery. Friends may call tomorrow
