Albert D. Larkin, 75, of 431 Edgewood Ave., Westfield, N.J., a former Delaware County resident, died Monday in Overlook Hospital, Summit, N.J.
Mr. Larkin was born in Chester, and lived 40 years in Westfield.
He was a 1918 graduate of Drexel Institute, with a bachelor of science degree in engineering and was a Navy veteran of World War I.
He retired a year ago as sales manager of the Johnston Scale Co. in Caldwell, N.J. and prior to this was employed 20 years with the Celanese Corp. of America in the Newark, N.J., office.
He was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Westfield, N.J.
He is survived by his wife, the former Isabelle Patterson; a daughter, Mrs. Joan L. Huke of Alexandria, Va.; a brother, Charles P. Larkin Jr., of Wallingford, Nether Providence, and a sister, Mrs. Mary Porter of Havertown, Haverford Township.
Services were to be 2 p.m. today at the Presbyterian Church of Westfield. Burial will be Thursday in the family burial plot, Union Presbyterian Cemetery, Lancaster.
